Oak Meadow?

Has anyone tried Oak Meadow's curriculum?

I am thinking of using it for my 5yo DD. She is doing mostly "K" level work now, so I thought the Oak Meadow might be a fun way to do a K/1 (mostly 1) year next year. It looks pretty laid back with lots of hands on ideas and crafty options. I think she's pretty much ready for gr 1 work, but I don't want to overwhelm her with too many workbooks.

Any thoughts?

I looked into Oak Meadow once, but that's been years ago. It's just not my style.

 

I also looked into Oak Meadow years ago. I decided against it not because I didn't like it, but because I thought it would be a poor fit for me and my personal children.
