Sure! I missed the party on the other thread. I thought maybe the comment about the polish would bring Nellie out but I guess it didn't work!
I just made some: 1 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar dash cinnamon 1 t. vanilla (just poured it in) 1 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 2 eggs 2 cups sugar (I do the scoop from the bag method) 1 1/3 cup oat meal 1 bag chocolate chips Used mixer to mix everything (sugar and shortening first) then everything else and hand stirred choc. chips. (would love to add walnuts but kids don't like them) bake 350 for about 9-11 minutes depending on how big they are and how crunchy you like them.
