Is there a site online where I can download a permanent record for my own use? I've looked for one but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do you mean like a "cumulative card", with each year's grades and such recorded on it at the end of the year? Have you tried Donnayoung.org? She's got tons of forms; maybe she has that. I made my own, copying little features here and there from the local public schools, and from those curriculum-companies that have such things and will sell one or a pack for a certain small price.
