So after an unintentional break from daily work, I'm trying to ease my students back into school.

I want to add in some Phys Ed. We have a huge yard and so space isn't a problem. I need some ideas. We have exhausted things like Tag and Freeze Tag.

I need a reference for outdoor games that you can play with 3-7 people. and hopefully some good cool down video exercises we can do indoors on rainy days or when we need some more movement indoors.

There is always red rover, kick ball, we like obstacle course of crab walks, sprint, hopping, etc. 4 square, hop scotch, egg balance on a spoon. Plain old pitch and catch, jumping rope and hula hoops are big here.

    Hope that helps some :)
