Please pray for one of our very close & dear friends. He was diagnosed with lymphoma yesterday. They are doing a biopsy today to found out what kind of lymphoma. Please pray for God's healing. He is in his upper 40's and they have a daughter in college and a son in highschool. Thank you soooo much.

Thank you. They weren't able to get the biopsy done today but they are hoping for Monday. They got the ultrasound done and it shows a rather large tumor wrapped around his trachea and several other organs, so they won't be able to remove it. So now we need to wait on the biopsy to know what type of lymphoma to know the correct resolution. Please continue to pray for him. I appreciate all your prayers thus far.

So they got the results today and it is malignant - large B cell lymphoma. They plan to start treatment tomorrow. He is rather dissappointed because we were suppose to go moose hunting tomorrow together for 10 days. Now we will be going alone. This man lives to hunt. They are doing a bone biopsy this afternoon to make sure their isn't any cancer there. I pray their is not. This is soooo hard on all of us. Even my kids are very close to him. Please keep him and the doctors in your prayers. He's got a long road ahead of him.

Kris was this the same (large B cell lymphoma) as your dh?

Yes, it was Lee. ((((HUGS))) yes he has a long road. I remember that road and it was long hard. Lots of tears. Just keep all your heads high, think positive and let him know we are here for him. I am glad they are starting treatment right away. They did with dh too. The sooner they start the better it is.

Thank you Kris, that is very encouraging. Knowing that they give you 50/50 chance is hard. I am very happy for you and I understand more now the sadness you must have went through. Thank you for sharing with me.
