Hey all! With our United States theme coming up I thought a postcard exchange would be really neat (thanks for the idea!). Is there anyone who would be interested? I'd like to get at least 8-10 different states who would be willing to do a simple postcard exchange with us. Postcards withh pictures having to do with the state it is coming from. Even those from different countries (Canada for example) are more than welcome-the more the merrier!
JenPooh~ My girls did a postcard exchange last year and got all 50 states! We have some PA postcards we'd be glad to send you for your lessons- I haven't looked in awhile, but we may have some of the capital and we have of the Amish people, etc. You may send me a private message with your address if you'd like.
JenPooh we use to live in Wisconsin and love to move back hopeful soon. But, now we are in Texas we will do the postcard exchange with you all want too. Just e mail me with your address and we will get them out.

I've never seen two boys race for the mail box like Andrew and Noah did when they were doing the exchange and talk about faces lighting up when there were post cards in the mail for them. Andrew still has the scrapbook we used when we did this and he looks through it often. Whoever does this will not regret the priceless looks on childrens faces... Brenda

I have a couple friends who live in NY - I can ask them them to get some to me and I'll pass them along...

JenPooh we are in Florida and would like to aim to exchange postcards from at least a few states. Do you need a postcard from Florida? You would be the first person we exchanged with. I found some nice postcards today at the local state park an animal native to our area - manatees. Let me know if you want to trade. Sure! PM me your information and I'll send you mine. FYI everyone: I haven't mailed any out yet, but will be dooing so this week. We've been running around like crazy and we just got back from a trip up nort' by my dh's family so now that things are a little less hectic (who am I kidding, they're always hectic) I will get them out. They are all ready to go, they just need the stamps. For others who I haven't gotten info. from yet but will be soon, it may take me an extra couple days. I guess I didn't buy enough postcards. I didn't think I'd need so many, but that's a good thing.
