My cousin just sent me a message on facebook and asked if I would share a prayer need with anyone who would pray as they think of it. Her father remarried after his first wife (my aunt) died of cancer 20 years ago. His second wife has just been diagnosed with cancer in her liver (3 tumors - assumably sizable ones). Doctors are trying to determine whether it is operable or not. If it isn't, they have given her a 2 month life expectancy. To lose one spouse to cancer is bad enough.... to lose a second one I would think would be unbearable. My cousin is concerned this will prompt her father (who is a recovering alcoholic) to start drinking again. Pray they will have/find the strength to get through this please
