I always try to keep things light hearted, I always try not to judge. My motto is "Speak with a soft tongue a kind heart and keep criticism in a constructive manner." Yesterday, when reading all the post, I was making my prayer list.There is Brandon & family,Brenda's sister Joyce The boy that was caught fixing to jump.and many others. I need to be added to the list. I have 4 beautiful children. In 1996, My mother-in-law and sister-in-law didn't like the fact that I was homeschooling. They filed a false report with CPS. I was dirt poor back then. and I didn't have the money to fight. This thing folds out like a novel. When they first took my kids, they were described as well behaved and apropriate. They had no major medical problems and 6 months later they were all on prozac and their teeth were rotting out of their heads. In the trial everyone that had come in contact with my kids molested them including my father that had been buried in 1985. My children were born in 1990,91,92. I found out while my kids were in coustody that a next door neighbor molested my daughter. I was horrified. I want to know what he did to keep my kids from talking. We had the doscussion about private zones andI knew that If anyone tried to touch my kids they would tell me.They arrested him for molesting my son but not my daughter. They made him sign a statement that my husband was involved. Even though the case worker testified that what the girls had said was not believable because they told it like it was a joke . as opposed to having the victim stature when they talked about the neighbor. One twin said it happened in one place add one said it happened in the other. They testified that over the course of 11 months of comming out to the address 22 times we were not there and our sopenea said Moved to Garland . They still kept my children. Two days after we lost coustody They took them from the sister- in-law. The Psychologist that had testified that her house was the best placement Two days later testified It would be damaging. Our family has not spoken since. I am in the process of going through the good the bad the ugly and putting together all the contradictions of my trial. I am gathering info on other trials with similar circumstances for other families. I am setting up a nonprofit org. There is so much more to this story. Yesterday, Settlers wrote me a nice little note. She asked me about my kids. I decided I wasn't ducking the question any longer. Sara being with me has been a godsend. Sara never thought she would be described as such.Pray for us both. Does any body know somebody going through this?
Why is this under tips? I do hope that things work out for you and your family, I am so sorry that you have had to go through so many things, my cousin had to go to court over her kids being home schooled when she was divorced, every one in the family --especialy me because I home school my kids wrote letters telling how the kids won't turn out rotten or malajusted. She won her case!
I was going to ask if anybody knew of other people that have gone through this. Well, I was just telling settlers,about how bitter I have been. I have a choice to make here. I can sit here and stew for the rest of my life or I canbe constructive. I am going for the latter. because stewing hasn't done me any good

It is a really long story. My sister- in-law decided she would be better parents than we would. She didn't think at the time she could have any kids. My husband Had gotten hit in the head with a jack handle and we found out later he had a mini stroke. He was un able to work for about 6 weeks. We had just bought a piece of property and had a nice 3 bedroom house that we were going to move onto the property. We used to liv on property that was muddy and the trailer was in bad repair. It was muddy and nasty by anybody's standard. We moved in with my freind Becca. We weren't living where CPS tried to say we did. The sister was in continual therapy. My mother- in law- is a lesbian. I did not let my kids stay with them unsupervised. My mother -in-law was a psyche nurse at the state mental institution. she lost her nursing liscense because she stole a credit card and went to Bosier City. She came back and checked herself into rehab. The sister is functional but not emotionally stable. I thretened to sue CPS. They filed false charges on my hubby raising reasonable doubt. I found out while my kids were in foster care that the next door neighbor had molested my kids. I knew nothing of it. since they had physical evidence that they had been molested They arrested the neighbor and made him sign a statement to the effect that hubby participated.Collin County turned a child molester loose to keep themselves out of a law suit. Two days after I lost costody They took them from my hubby's sister. They threw my hubby in jail. and we had to crush out everything that we owned to make his bail. He was in jail for 6 hours. When his case came to court 5 years later he was no billed. It took 5 years of them hanging this over our head He never went to court. When the neighbor had been arrested he had hired an attorney but a His bond hearing was moved and court appt. attorney's showed up. Come to think of it Our attorneys were hand picked. There is so much more.I am just skimming over the details. Like I said. This is a novel. It is also complicated by the fact that last May my house burned down. My files and journal burned. I am starting over. I am regathering my info.I know that my kids will be grown by the time I see them again. but laws have been changed and even though the FBI don't get involved with CPS There is an ex FBI agent working with CASA in Collin County.Things have changed somewhat. but the people that did this so far have gotten away with it. If anybody is fighting CPS Fathers For Equal Rights is a wonderful organization. By the time I found them It was too late. I was already in the appeal process. I was thinking my case was unusual. I walked into the meeting. The man asked Are you fighting for the costody of your kids? My hubby said yeah but our case is..He said let me guess. You have lost costody to CPS. They have filed false charges accusing you of molesting your kids and now you are trying to get them back. I said yes. He said sit down I think I can help you.They have lawyers that volunteer their time. They have a legal library.They help you get the correct form to your paper work. It is overwhelming.I want to set up a web sight. I want to post the names , with evidence,of caseworkers that get caught in lies, expose the YES MEN for CPS. And the corruption in the law enforcement. A polligraph disk was switched. I know it sounds crazyThat story would take this much more explaining. We are taught to trust people of athority . I don't trust blindly any more. I know what happened.I know I am not the only one it happened to.
In my opinion if lies have to be told justice cant be served. It is the children that suffer the most. That is why I have written the Attorney general to look at the case
I am so sorry this happened to you. I often wonder what would happen if someone did that to us. It is so easy for someone to say you have done something you would not do in a million years. A financial situation should not make such a difference when it come to our children. It seems they take your children away and then ask questions later. It makes my heart ache for you. We were very close knit.After I lost the kids the way I did,grief turned into anger and anger turned into hate, I have never been ruled by hate before and I don't wear it well. I prayed to God for help and he sent me Sara. OH MY GOODNESS....Her school situation was such a mess. I quoted Bill Gates and told her If the system doesn't work for you, create one that does.I told her she was worth something, I told her she could be the first in her family to go to college. We started homeschooling and I found this sight. I read through the post. It was kinda like Casper when he goes into his room after Kat had unpacked all his things he said I REMEMBER..... Except this time it was without the tears.After PDA posted his debate on gun control,I started thinking about my kids. PDA is about the same age of my son. He is such a spirited young man and he has such passion in his belief.In talking with him further he is quite knowledgabe in his feild of antique guns. I know some gun collectors . His knowledge is quite impressive at any age.My son has that same kind of zeal.I REMEMBER. ...... God has really worked miracles in my life this month. For the first time in a very long time,I woke up ready to move foreward. Things are good.
