My counselor at Voc Rehab passed on a job lead today that looks like something I am capable of doing lol. It is part time and I'm not sure of the hours but it is $11 and some change an hour. It is a County/VA job so what I'm thinking is it is maybe at the workforce center for the next county over. It only requires a high school diploma/ged and basic clerical knowledge. The clerk will be responsible for customer service via the window and phone, schedule bus transportation to the VA for vets and other duties like typing and filing. Please send up prayers for my application. I love my grands and love helping my kiddos but I need to get out and do something lol!
Oh Jennifer that is wonderful. yes sometimes getting out is what we need. I do hope you get it.. it might be good for all. Good luck and keep us posted.. I know you are the right person for the job and can do the job with no trouble. Tell them to call me I will help if I can.
