My friend from high school has a 6 month old baby that just underwent his 2nd heart surgery. he's had 2 strokes in his life already. He was born with only half his heart working. They are at the children's hospital recovering from surgery, where tehy have spent a lot of his life. Please pray for him as he recovers and the family as they deal with this. They are very strong Christians and are asking for all the prayer they can get. His name is Keaton. Today he's having a good day so far, yesterday was his most difficult day ever with new d\meds and new reactions to them. He's on daily meds to keep his heart working as well as it can. Thanks. Today was a good day for him, happy and cheerful again. The family is very appreciative of the prayers and gives all the credit to God and the drs. but first and foremost to God. Dd had a lemonade stand for him about a month ago but we haven't had an opportunity to take the money to them yet as there has been an issue with someone's health each time. We are hoping to be able to meet this week while he's in the hospital. I know that even though it's a small amount in the scheme of things, it comes from a young child's loving heart and it will still be of great help if nothing else with gas or food while there.
Keaton got to go home yesterday, just 7 days after open heart surgery. God is so good and answers prayers. Thanks so much. Keep praying that he continues to improve
Just wanted to do a quick update on Keaton. He is 7 months old and since his surgery has been able to do so much more. He is now able to eat baby food. He just learned to sit up alone. He is doing well enough he was even able to go to the zoo last week. Thanks so much for all the prayers. He is doing much better and his heart is improving God is so good
