Praying for him. I also want to say I am very proud and thankful for our soilders. Vicki studied American History this year and it really makes you think about what our soldiers have done for us. Thank God for men and women who will accept the call to be a soldier.
Bobby called! Twice! I feel so much better. He is now in Afghanistan and says he is fine. I can't wait to tell his Daddy when he gets home tonight!
Bobby called this morning and they had been under a rocket attack and had just been given the all clear. We talked a while and he had to go, but called back later. Then he had to go again and called back again and Freddy answered it. They were under another rocket attack and the connection was so bad that Freddy could not understand him. Two guys in his unit got shot in the last couple of days, but Bobby hasn't heard any news about how badly they were hurt. I am praying for all of them right now and also praying he calls back later today. It is night there, but he knows he can call any time. Please pray for all of them to stay safe. Thanks. Beth
Hugs and prayers. As an Army Wife, I understand, though I can't imagine how I'd feel if it was my son. Just remember No news is good news.
