Is it really as simple as sending a letter out once a year? I already sent in the home study application but looking into this option for next year.
Yes ma'am it is!! You can still send in your letter declaring yourself a private school. All you do is send it in to the dept of ed (I'll get you the address and proper dept as soon as I can pull out my paper!). You send two copies and a SASE and in a week or two they will send it back stamped recieved and you are good to go for a year. We are lucky in Louisiana because the govt doest mess with us.
