cake mix and pumpkin cupcakes out of the oven. I used a Butter Pecan flavored cake mix...my house smells awesome!! We'll see..... Edited to add....Okay, so Pumpkin Cupcakes made from Butter Pecan (Betty Crocker) Cake Mix and Pumpkin, and 2 eggs is great, by itself. Add the Betty Crocker Butter Cream flavored frosting, and they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooood. Should be illegal!!!!
kbabe...I KNOW...and you could loosely label them "healthy"...all that pumpkin...a veggie right??????
