I'm sorry to bother ya'll again. I was reading around this forum and saw someone mention the AOP and it being Accredited. Has anyone here used it and liked it? Is the price comprable to the BJU sattelite thing?

We haven't used Alpha Omega's accredited school option but we have used SOS Science (without the teacher services). One of my dd's loves it and the other hates it :) You can preview some demos online of the actual stuff. I like it for science because it has mini-movies that include some of the experiments so we haven't had to actually do them all ourselves. The software can get picky about spelling, etc but is easily adjusted by the teacher.

I know that I wouldn't like it for every subject but it works for us for science (at least for the 8 yr old). We're actually using it as "extra" because she likes science and we're doing Apologia Zoo 2 as a family. The oldest (who hates it) is doing Real Science 4 Kids Physics instead of SOS now....much better fit for her.

Like any curric, you'll get all sort of opinions.

There is a family here who has graduated from one of these online schools two kids, I forget if it is Abeka or Aop?
I belive it will say on the web site if it is acredited, if I dont see anyone answering it right I will look it up tomorow for you.
