Hi all. It's been almost 6 months since I posted. My name is Angie and I've been married to my dh for 12 years. We have dd,8, dd,6, and ds, 2. I've always wanted to homeschool and am finally getting the opportunity to. We will start within the next week. Let's see...I'm a nurse but only very very part time. My husband is also my pastor. He was unsure of homeschooling but after much much prayer he believes it will benefit our children. I strongly believe that my ministry is my children. I desire to give them a spiritual heritage, teaching them God's ways of doing things. I am very excited and happy to 'rejoin' this forum. Angie, One of the sweetest things my younger daughter has said about homeschooling was to my sister who is our youth minister. We were talking about our homeschool and Emily said, "Pammie, at our school we can pray and talk about God whenever we want to." I didn't realize until then that she had really noticed they weren't supposed do that at public school. (According to the school system.)
