We just started back with some math today. Tomorrow we are going to just do some grammar. I am using this week to ease into using new curriculums. Next week dd will be doing VBS so I will not be doing school then. After that we will do some Math and some grammar until we start back fulltime on Aug 22. It is hard to do too much in the summer since she is involved in so many things (sports camps, VBS, swimming lessons) plus family activities. I figure we start back slowly and before we know it the new school year will be in full swing. I also remind her that the more we get done in the summer means more availabilty for field trips and such. That usually motivates her.
