Recently our dd recieved some information from ORU college in Oklahoma with information on taking college credits during the Jr. & Sr. years in high school by correspondence. That was interesting! The tests would need to be administered by a non-relative.

I'm sharing this, because it's another illustration how eager universities and colleges are to get our students. :)

    Why we hs...
because my son was way behind and hated himself thought he was the dumbest kid around. He became clinically depressed and I felt it was the right thing to do at the time. I didn't see his future as being very bright I knew he was and would cont. to fall between the cracks and end up doing the wrong thing and end up with the wrong group of kids. Now he he know he is not dumb just learns different.

I wish I would have never put him in ps maybe we wouldn't have had to deal with some of the issue we deal with now.
The plan for now is to cont. to hs. I love the way we can work at his own pace. If we need more time on a subject we take it. We also have time to do things they don't teach in school, like bible studies and auto repair (his favorite).
