Some families prefer home for school

    After breakfast is over and the dishes are cleared away, Kelly Ouverson and her three children gather around their dining room table and get to work.

    For the next 90 minutes to two hours, she teaches daughters Allison, 11, and Abby, 8, and 4-year-old son Doug III — almost like a teacher in a school classroom.

    But this is the Ouversons' classroom.
