I came across an interesting infograph today and thought I'd share it here! The infograph is huge, so I won't post it directly here, but the link is good. http://www.home-school.com/news/homeschool-vs-public-school.php
The most pointed part of that, to me, is the test scores. It never really hit me until now. But, think about it: PS spends most of the time teaching to the test. HS rarely does. Yet "we" outperform "them." How crazy is that?! I mean, if an entire system designed to produce good test takers can't outscore a system designed to not care about the test, how seriously screwed up is that?!
