I sympathize with you, Maria. We aren't attending church right now either (for reasons I don't want to discuss either). We do get together with 2 other homeschool families, but they both have younger boys. This leaves no girls for my 14 yo daughter to be friends with. Thankfully she likes playing with the younger boys most of the time, but I know she wants friends of her own. My husband reminds me that no friends are better than bad friends! And, like others have said, you can't guarantee your kids will have good friends even if they are in ps, church or a homeschool group. Just do what you can and pray.
