I have scheduled the week following Christmas as part of my kids' Christmas break. In the calendar they show up as red just as all the other holidays that I have scheduled for them, however, it's scheduling work for them during those days. I've checked to make sure "school day" isn't marked where you schedule their school days and breaks. I've told it to exclude these dates but nothing seems to be working. HELP!

I would wait til you get to that day then regenerate it.
It will then reset the rest of the year .
I am also using SOS, I added in days off for ds so I had to regenerate it then.
If it still does not work then it could be a glitch. A few years do that. what year are you using?

OH! and did you save it after you set the days off? I ask this because I went through three times once of setting up thier days on and off for the whole year and forgot to save it Lol
hopefully I amnot the only one who gets flustered and forgets stuff,

Thanks, TeacherMom! I'm using 2003, I think on his. Also, how do I get back to the screen that will allow me to regenerate? I've seen it but for the life of me can't seem to find it again! LOL! Thanks again for the help!

lol okay let me look it up on my ds' I have to check his work anyway.
Go to Teacher, then to Lesson then choose student and Lesson plan, it gives you the long calendar and you can regenerate there
Let me know if you need to ask again
