My 12 year old daughter has been involved in fund raising for the Pregnancy Resource Centers since she was 5 years old. Please read the message below (written by her). Hi, My name is Alyssa Liljequist. I am a 7th grade homeschooler. Once again...I am raising pledges for the Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC) through a two-mile walkathon called Steps for Life. This year it will take place on Saturday, May 20th at Pioneer Courthouse Square. PRC is a Christian, non-profit, non-political ministry that helps women and teens facing unplanned pregnancy. By providing free services such as parenting classes, ultrasound exams, maternity and baby clothing, adoption information and referrals, etc., PRC helps clients meet their emotional, physical, informational, and spitural needs.
