Does anyone wake up stiff in the mornings? Do you do anything specific like stretching, to help it? Does this mean old age...lolol

I sometimes wake up stiff. I usually do, or try to do LOL, Emma's ballet stretches. Those really work well.

I thought it was old age:wink:! Glucosamine helps, as well as walking it out.

Man, Nellie I was going to say old age. I always tell my girls it's old age. LOL

No, really I do from time to time, not to often yet, I am still young but when I do I just get up moving and moving, cleaning anything and it works out.

Now a doctor told me a long time ago when I worked with him it meet when you woke up stiff you slept sound and hard.

A comfortable pillow top mattress bed to sleep on, works like a charm! If that doesn't work, well I concur with the others.

I wake up stiff, but it works itself out within a few mintues of movement. Waking up is hard for me -- it's work to make myself roll out of bed every morning -- always has been. I think my morning stiffness is just my body groaning that it has to get up when it would really like me to hit the snooze button. Unfortunately, children and particularly babies do not come with snooze buttons; it's a design flaw, I think.
