My toddlers just got over it. Lots and lots of cuddle time. Gatorade/water and toast/chicken soup (mostly broth). I know sounds yummy. The only meds. I gave was tylenol. Thankfully my oldest didn't get it, though not sure how she didn't. I would have given her the same treatment.

Dd10 got sick yesterday afternoon while shopping in Wal Mart. She had to run to the bathroom and since then she has felt weak and said her legs are shaky. She hasn't had a fever though thank goodness. She had soup, water and saltines for lunch.

My DH swears by coke cola. I did see somewhere that the potasium in coke cola is good for an upset stomach. But for me I always had ginger ale, and of corse ginger is good for an upset stomach too. Popsicles if that doesn't work, that will keep them from getting dehydrated.
