Hello all, My hubby has been a retail store manager forever. His current job is dead end...he is at the top of his region and has been for years. Getting promoted is nearly impossible. The company is not doing well. Corporate just announced that layoffs are looming overhead. Hubby wants to jump ship, but not from one frying pan to another. Wondering if anyone has suggestions for us. He wants a company with growth potential. His current store does about 10 million annually and he has 30 to 100 employees(100 during the holidays).
