You guys may know about this website already, but it has really helped me. Supercook.com is a website where you put in what you already have in your house and it comes up with possible recipes for you. That way you can use what you have instead of buying more stuff. It also tells you which ingredients would be smart to add to your next shopping trip in order to generate more recipes. I have cooked several things from this website (the website links to recipezaar, allrecipes.com etc) and it has been GREAT! Saves me money and frustration!
Great! Thank you. I get so frustrated because it seems I cook the same things over and over. I just quickly added some ingredients that I have in the house and found a neat idea that I had never thought of. Baked carrots in chicken broth. Who would have thunk?! Sounds good and little different spin on carrots. I can tell this site has potential for our household. My family AND I thank you. :love:
I made meatloaf for the first time ever today, thanks to this site. Hubby makes it, and it is fantastic, but it was nice to master it and get tons of compliments from my son too! (NOT normal!)
