The Pan Fried Pork and Green Apples was AWESOME!!!! We finally had it tonight. I am going to share it with everyone I know. *my only changes were I used rice vinegar and didn't use chives, and I used white sugar* (didn't have the right stuff) PANFRIED PORK & APPLES 30 g butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon plain flour 4 pork butterfly steaks 1 large green apple (sliced) 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chives (chopped) Heat pan and add 1/2 of the butter & the oil. Toss pork in flour and add to pan Cook approx 3 mins each side. Stir through the vinegar. Remove pork and put in a serving dish. Pour over juices and keep warm Add remaining butter + sugar to pan, and stir until sugar dissolves Add apple and cook about 3 mins turn over once Add apples

We did the lemon chicken today too. I really liked it. Hubby claimed it was overcooked. maybe it was, but it was perfectly edible and the overcooking wasn't your recipe's fault. the flavor was super!!
