To you "skirts only" ladies

    When I was a kid the school I went to required girls to wear dresses, we could wear pants or shorts under for recess and PE. After awhile they would let us change to pants for PE and our favorite trick was to see how long we could get away with "forgeting" to change back to dresses afterwards, LOL. Anyway, sorry for the sidetrack, but this brought back that silly memory.

    So then, maybe these people were from Prince Edward Island area, and were still stuck on that fad! :D
