I got the Abeka K5. It came a little bit ago. DD was so excited and wanted to start right then. lol I am so tired from not alot of sleep the past few nights that I can even think about starting right now.
Woohoo!! My ds loved K5, the books are so colorful aren't they!! His favorite book was the Letters and Sounds K. By the middle of the book I didn't make him keep marking all the vowels like the book says. It's nice because you can pick and choose on each page what you think she should do and what she already knows pretty well just skip over.
Last time we received a box, my kids were disapointed. It was books, not a box from my parents in Florida! I'm afraid the school books aren't NEAR as interesting as clothes, puzzles, and books from G'ma and G'pa! LOL!
