It is an interesting read. I don't agree with some of the lines such as "homeschoolers are being short-changed...." I think the opposite is true - MOST are getting it from both sides. I'm also a little surprised the person who BOUGHT the curriculum didn't know what was in it. You CAN get secular stuff without a problem - you just have to look for it - but Harcourt is fine.
There certainly has been a lot of controversy over this. Scientists are clearly not happy with the way their fields are being represented.
