Has anyone tried their novel studies? I talked with them a good number of years back, when Rachael was way too young for their program, and was somewhat impressed. It's very "whole language", which I really liked about it (except they can't call it "whole language", because the phrase has very bad connotations in HS'ing circles). Anyway, Rachael is now at an age where I might be interested in it. The problem is just ONE novel study costs $19, which I think is a little steep. I looked at their guide at the conference this weekend, and I do think it included a lot for the price. But is it just a lot of "busy work"? Would love to hear what someone who has used them think!
