Hi. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a traveling buddy project. I have 2 sons ages 8 and 15 that I homeschool. We exchanged a traveling buddy with a class in Australia last year and my kids loved it. Thanks! Amelie in Massachusetts

The families send each other a small stuffed animal and a journal. You can also include other small items. We sent the Australian class sand, a kids map about our state, brochures, and some candy that is made near us. Once the bears are exchanged the kids keep a journal of the things they do with the animals and take pictures. After a few weeks the families send the pictures and journal back. Sometimes the kids email each other too. If you have any questions let me know. Amelie

Traveling Buddy Kris, Hi. If you are still interested in doing the traveling buddy let me know when you'd like to do it and how you'd like to do it. The description on my post was how we did it with the Australian class last year. We can do it anyway you want though. My kids are really excited. They loved doing it and they learned so much.
