Shelby, you're one of them, right? Would love some info, feedback, etc. I'm considering buying the book (have been for a long time). just want to know ahead of time what I'm in for!
Just so you know, this is a book of over 600 pages, but don't let that overwhelm you. The first part is all about the "plan". The other part is recipes. I started trying to do it, but I got so confused because I didn't read the book all the way through. I also joined the facebook group and there's a THM forum group online as well. They share tips and recipes and encourage one another. I really believe that if I buckled down and read the book and tried to understand it, I would loose my goal of 20 lbs. I did loose 5 lbs after giving up sodas and replacing sugar in my tea and coffee with Truvia packets or Skinny Girl liquid stevia. I seriously would recommend this "plan". It's a healthy way to maintain weight loss and a doable lifestyle change. You do NOT have to purchase the specialty items to do it either. Those I will say that I HATE the skinny chocolate recipe that's in the book. But Good Girl Moonshine is YUMMMMMMY! It's not in the book it's on the THM facebook page. I put frozen strawberries in mine and it's SO GOOD. Good luck!!
