Has anyone ever used Trisms unit studies? I have searched for years to find a good history curriculum --- I know I'm way too picky. But my kids love history and they have never been happy with the usual round-up of textbooks. So we've always just made notebooks for each time period, using library and internet sources (they also love research). But it's so much work. Trisms looks good in the description, but I am scared to get it 'cause it is so expensive.

I did call and talk to a rep about it, without knowing how old your children are they recommend it for 9th and above. You can however make it work by breaking it down for younger children. I didn't purchase it this year but the rep did talk to me for a while before my husband and I decided on something else. Just because he wanted a accredited program.

Thanks -- I may go ahead and try it. Both my children are in high school, so it would work for me. Thanks!
