I was checking out another forum, on unschooling. And I signed up and posted to one of the threads and it was like they set the dogs loss. They did not like my idea and they let me know. Kinda upset me. So I wanted to let you guys know that there is no place like homeschool spot. You guys have always made me feel comfortable. This other site talks about childern doing there own thing and having their own oppions and when I voice mine, they jumped down my throut. I do not think I will be posting there anytime soon. So thanks everyone for making me feel like family and one of God's children. Not like an outsider with supid ideas!!
You are very welcome. I think most here believe that just because one's ideas are different, that does not make them or their ideas stupid. Whether we all agree or disagree is not the question. We are here to support each other and learn new things. I learn new things here all the time. We're really glad you're here.

yep, we all have differnet ideas, God made us all differnet. thank God ( would you want 1,000 of KrisRV running around) don't think so. Any way Amy you are always welcome here. Some of are little more shy then others. But, we all try hard on here.

You are welcome and thank you as well. I love that MOST of us are willing to accept others ideas even if they are very different than our own. Kris is right - it would be a boring place if we were all the same. I'm just glad MOST of us can get along nicely!
Oh now, Kris....you know you would want 1000 Avas running around! LOL. Homeschoolspot is an awesome place! I have learned so much and got a ton of support for these ladies. This may be on the net but it is as real as it gets.
I like this place because no matter how hard I try to ruin my reputation, they are always forgiving and understanding, knowing that they will soon get an , I'm sorry..... This place rocks!
You are so right! This place is such fun! I enjoy the great info, the chances to test our ideas with others who hold vastly different beliefs, the light-hearted threads, the unfailing prayer support, and the friends literally around the world.
