I have this DVD that I got at Weight Watchers and I'd like to see if anyone would be interested in it. It's called Get Moving Mix and has 5-20min workouts plus a 10-min abs workout. I only watched it twice and, sad to say, I am not very coordinated I tried and can see that this is not for me. My loss is your 'gain', so to speak.
