hi all my ds is milk intolerant and dd2 is wheat/gluten intolerant, does anybody have any ideas or receipes for these intolerances? thanks mt3 x
I have a blog from my gluten-free days (www.goingglutenfree.blogspot.com) where i have recipes that are gluten free. i warn you, though, not all are casein fee, though...although I have been told that substitutions work). Also, www.celiac.com has a lot of recipes too. Hope you find some help.
