Hi Everyone, It seems like it has been years since I have been here. How is everyone? I have been busily working on the AccuKidz site and it is growing by leaps and bounds. We have a great collection of Teams there and if any of you would like to join I would love to have you. Also, we are currently running a Winter Holiday Art Contest if any of your children would like to enter. It is free to enter and you can enter by signing up as a team by following the easy instructions HERE then uploading their drawings on our Photo Gallery HERE. The contest ends December 15 and the winners will be announced December 19. The winners will received AccuKidz tee shirts and of course all entries will be seen internationally. You do not need to give any information that you are not comfortable with, safety is our #1 concern. Our forum is also available for students to interact with each other. It is heavily moderated and no post appears without first being approved by a member of the AccuKidz staff. The same is true for photo submissions. Also, the children can comment on each other's submissions if they like and rate the entries. Everything is free and always will be and there is no commitment involved, this is just about AccuWeather giving back to the students, giving them a safe haven on the web. Thank you for allowing this post, and I hope your families have a great time with this project. If you have ideas for others you would like us to do, PM me here or there. There are over 6 million hits a day in the wintertime to the site. I would love to see homeschool students posting entries. Have an amazing Holiday Season, everyone. If anyone lives near State College, PA I can also arrange a tour of the AccuWeather facility ... it is awesome!
