We have been shopping around for a new computer. I wanted the boys do Rosetta Stone Spanish this year and our computer is so old it can't run the program. So far we hadn't made up our mind on one. Then this week, a woman at dh's office told him that she was getting ready to put one in a yard sale and wanted to know if we were interested. Turns out that it is only 3 years old. She sold us the computer, a 19 inch monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse for only $100. :-D She gave us the papers on it and she paid over $1800 for it new! I am so excited! I haven't had a chance to really do anything with it yet. I need to get all my data off the current one transfered over. We did plug it up and it seemed to work okay. I also need to buy a new virus protection to put on it. While I am rejoicing over this blessing, the skeptic in me wants to be sure it's okay before I start using it.
