I'm not sure if this is anything more than a general plug for a business that opted to do a great thing for homeschoolers, but here I go anyhow...

I got a FB message two days ago from a friend passing along the info that Yakov was doing a free showing of his Moscow Circus for all homeschooling families yesterday. For anyone who couldn't make it yesterday, mentioning that you're a homeschooler at the box office from now until the show ends will get you free tickets for all your kids (under 18) and $5 tickets for adults (usually $32.99)!

The show was remarkably family friendly and good for kids of all ages. There was a lot of information about Russian history and the talent was spectacular.

From what I heard yesterday, a lot of the Branson shows will give you a homeschool discount if you ask for one. That's good to know. And I'm just so pleased with Yakov for doing something so wonderful for families who often can't afford tickets for shows (or choose to spend differently).

I'll be in Branson the week after Christmas. I'll surely attempt to get a discount at whatever show we decide to see. Thanks!
