Yippee!! We moved into our new house less than 2 months ago. Put the old house on the market less than 7 weeks ago. I'm so very happy. I hope the inspection goes well. I expect it will, but I've been on the other end and know that anything can show up on inspections.
Congratulations!!! We've bought and sold several before building the one we are in now. I know what a relief it is to get it sold!
