I recieved a big box from Geo Matters today with several Geography Books to review. I really like the Trail Guides and am torn between Bible Geography and World Geography.

I also got Galloping the Globe and Cantering the Country, but those seem too young for my 6th grader, although I plan to use some of the great reproducibles they have in them.

Any feedback on the Trail Guides? We already have all of the suggested resources: Geography Through Art, and The Ultimate Geo & Timeline Guide and the maps and stuff!

We used The Ultimate Geo & Timeline Guide this year and my daughter LOVED geography, much to my amazement!

    Thanks for any advice!

Trail Guides World Geography is really a great program. I am finding it is a bit over my little guys head still. I am in the process of going through it and trying to tailor it to fit his abilities.

I do really love Geography through art. Wonderful resource. I can see how someone could use this as a jump off point to make a wonderful Geography program on their own.

Now if your daughter enjoyed the ultimate timeline and geography book, I think you will love the Trail guides curriculum.
