That's what my son told me today. I had taught Science and we did a lesson on the layers of the Earth, and volcanic eruptions so I used vinegar and baking soda to show how a volcano erupts and then explained that while I made a volcano real volcanoes erupt because of pressure. Well later he and his brother were playing in the room and I heard a loud POP! sound, so I went in the room and turns out DS7 was showing DS6 how pressure makes a volcano erupt using a balloon, the POP! sound was the balloon exploding from too much air in it. I asked my son what I was doing and he says "You caught me mama, I was teaching DS6 how pressure works" It was too cute, and I had to share with you all!
I thought at first you were going to say he exploded the baking soda/vinegar in the room. It's so great that he understood the difference and came up with the balloon and pressure on his own. Way to go mom. Something is really clicking!
