This quote ranks right up there with when my brother told me I have "a cozy little life" & he was not being nice! He meant it as an insult. I guessed he was just jealous but why would someone choose a dysfunctional family life over a cozy one? Let's see, I've only been married to one man for 12 years, have 2 well behaved kids, & make somewhat wise decisions. He is on his 4th unhappy (& that is an understatement) marriage with 6 unruly kids & mounds of debt mostly from wife #4. His wife is the worst word you can think of & the kids disrespect him. Which would you choose? Hmmm, I'll take cozy & fake-thank you very much.
