Spelling Wisdom

Has anyone used this program (from Simply Charlotte Mason)?
I am tempted to try it, but DS 10 is a pretty poor speller. I originally planned to stay with Soaring with Spelling this coming year (but adding in more review days), but then I saw the SW and, well, ya know how it is...
LOL
Any experience with this? TIA!:)
 
Is your 5th grader naturally a decent speller? My DS is NOT at all. I am afraid that it wouldn't work for him because of that.
