But I don't have an excuse. lol. I "woke up" at 5:30 today to sub in the next town over. I couldn't wake up for anything. So I had a big can (16 oz.) of Full Throttle for breakfast this morning
smoothie with plain yogurt, honey, frozen berries, an omega 3-6-9 oil blend and some liquid vitamin supplement. and coffee!
I have this weird OCD thing where i want the same thing everyday for breakfast. So everyday I have a Ham & Cheese Omelet on a piece of Wheat toast with a cup of skim milk!!! Then probably 4-5 cups of coffee
bagels and cream cheese. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a cup of coffee...but alas I no longer have a coffee maker. lol.
I had a handful of Wheat Thins... before I curled up under a blanket on the couch and promptly fell back to sleep.
We had French toast - Mmmmmmm. We usually do this on Saturdays, but today was just a French toast kind of day It's usually oatmeal.
OOoooh What do I win. :mrgreen: They were so good though...mashed potatoes (made by yours truely) and black olives (no pits of course) mmmmmmmmmmm You should def try it some time!
