Just wanted to bring this back up to the top. We have wonderful news! The bio father has dropped the case. Jessie will offically be our daughter!! I am not sure if we will still have to go to court next Tuesday the 31st, but at this point I dont care - Jessie is not going anywhere!! Praise God!! Thank you all so very, very, very much for all your support and prayers over all this time. I so appreciate everyone of you.

Did he sign off all his parental rights?? He's completely out of the picture, with no chance to return and cause trauma?
From what I understand Becky this is it - no turning back on his part. My lawyer meets with the judge tomorrow afternoon to see how to handle this. I dont think it has fully sunk in yet, I am still in shock. NOT that I doubted God or anything, just cant believe after all the fight the bio father just gave up one week before our second hearing. We've had a really busy day, dh thinks it will hit me once the house is quiet. Thank you all again!!

Crystal, I just went back and read up on all of what's been going on with Jessie. All I can say is "With God, nothing is impossible!". Praise God. Give her a hug and kiss for me.

I have reflected over where you were a year ago to where you are now and see such huge gains... it wasn't easy but I'm sure you are so relieved and praising Him for the latest (11th hour) development. All the praise to Him!
