Yes, Jackie that is one of the reasons for the meeting w/my lawyer on the 5th. I need to make arrangements for my bfing situation. Thanks for the reminder.

Brenda, thanks for the positive outlook. I honestly do feel very good about this hearing. Nothing like how I felt last time. I guess part of that is now knowing what to expect.

Thanks again to all of you for your outpouring conern for me and my family. It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you ALL so much. I do feel good about this, God has put my nerves at ease. Again, this being the 2nd time sure helps too. Right now I am worrying about being away from Avarie all day for the first time. I know that may sound silly and its not just the nursing, I just dont like to leave my children when they are this young. She will be w/my mom and the other kids, but... not w/me.

It's always very hard the first time you have to leave the kids somewhere---especially like this! It's very understandable! Just keep turning it over to God---He'll get you through it, and the kids and expecially little Avarie too! More prayers ascending!

Praise God!! Rod and I just got the results from the bonding sessions we had to do with Jessie and the bio father. It was 50 pages long!! I jumped to the end of the papers to see the final responses. My hands were shaking so bad! This highly thought of therapist stated and will again state at our hearing on the 13th, that it is vital (her word) that Jessie stay with us!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!! She went on to say many things in our favor, but also added that it would be detrimental to Jessie to be with the bio father since he is a stranger to her.
Now, this doesnt mean we "win" the case, but our lawyer said a while back that the bonding session would be a big deciding factor in our case with the judge.
Please continue to pray, but this is looking really, really good.
I keep hugging Jessie and with her not really knowing or understanding what is going on she keeps telling the other kids that mommy really likes Christmas time! LOL

God is working for you, how awesome is that?!!! We'll keep the prayers going up on your behalf!

Crystal, are these things you learned admissable in court? Are they something you can talk with your lawyer about? Just wondered if they can be added in to add steam to your locomotive?!

I'm so excited for you! Jessie is so sweet. Every time I hear details of your situation it reminds me of my daughter and I just look at her and cry because I can't imagine going through a fight to keep her. Praise God that He is taking care of it....

Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Yes, Deena everything from the bonding session will be used in court. In fact the judge ordered it to be done and according to my lawyer he will rely on it heavily.

Also, the court just changed our hearing date. We had this happen alot last year too. I am very anxious to get it over with, but God has a plan I am sure of that. Our new court date is Jan. 31st.

    Thanks all for continued prayers.

OHHHH!!! That's got to be really frustrating!!! Well, Averie will be that much older, so you will be that much more comfortable with leaving her with your mom. (Yeah, I know...NOTHING will make you REALLY comfortable with leaving her!) It seems to me that these judges must not have ever been in this situation, or they'd be quicker about wanting it to be resolved, too.
