    Hi
I did email the web site but have not received any reply as of yet. I posted the wrong email address to , which i went back and correceted (mmaidinmontana@yahoo.com )
I know I should probably contact the cops and all but I feel really stupid for sending the money to someone I don't know that I will just drop it . I should have been more responsible but I wasn't. Heck, I can't find her address even though I know I had it. Things are just not going my way. I pray that she will send me the books but I am realistic in knowing since I havn't received them by now I won't be getting them.

If someone wants to email her and ask if she has the material still for sale then I would know she absolutly did rip me off ( I keep hoping they are just lost in the mail and her computer crashed or something to explain why I can't seem to get a reply back ) I know wishful thinking :( anyway if someone does, I was wanting the school of tomorrow preschool manuals ect.... She won't return my emails so it doesn't do much good for me to get ahold of her.

I am considering this a lesson learned. A very hard and expensive lesson. I will use more caution in the future. Which I will never purchase from a used site again.
Thanks for all the support and please warn anyone who likes to buy from a used site to beware of this seller.

I went to the website....is that the correct one? It's a boating magazine for families & kids. I didn't see a used curriculum area on that site. There are ads on the sides for other sites. Please clarify.

She, on the blue water click on Education. At the bottom of the list that pops up you'll see materials swap.

    Hey Amy,

Keep emailing her every day. You have been way too patient.

Whooping Cough: An acute and infectious disease occurring mainly in children and characterized by violent coughing. Caused by a kind of bacteria, whooping cough has largely been eradicated in the United States through a program of vaccination, which is begun when infants are just three months old.

    I did some research:
    http://www.google.com/search?q=mmaidinmontana

She posted on a Christian message board. If she is a Christian, she knows this is wrong. She needs to be held accountable. You have her address and you can trace the money order. Gather the evidence. Print the ad for the supplies, your email correspondence, money order trace, etc. Contact her local police department to see what your options are. (You can probably find contact info by entering her city name and police into google.com.) Perhaps your local police department could get you pointed in the right direction. Let her know what you are doing. Don't let her give you any more excuses before you take action. Tell her you want the goods or your money back - right away.

Amy, you need to get over feeling stupid, and get over it yesterday. You didn't do anything wrong, she did- she stole from you and used the postal service to do it.
Report her to the postal service, the police in your town and in her town, and if that fails call your state's attorney's office. Especially since it involved the mail there has to be something tha can be done.

P.S. Even if for some reason the police department says they cannot help, you can still tell her you have "contacted the local police department" - Maybe that will still get her to get moving on this.

She said she worked in a christian school with her husband. I really thought the way she talked in the email she would be a safe person to by from.

Hun, Across the internet we can pretend to be anyone we wish, some people will be honest others not, it is not your fault here, but one thing is for sure everyone in here are telling you the same thing, that should tell you something. Even my hubbie who is a over the road trucker offered to knock on this womans door for you lol. People Feel very strongly about this, and im so suprised the web site didnt feel the same, i think the police has to be the answer at least you can get advice from them and they will be HONEST WITH YOU.

Trace your money order with post office. They can do this. That way she will know you are on her trail.
