Yes, you can bid again, you may even have an e-mail in your inbox from E-bay asking if you want to bid again or up your maximum bid, however please check to make sure there is no other ones like this, put in a lot of different things in the title, use commas, check the box that says title and description under the search. I just don't want you to pay so much for something when there is 3 or so other people selling the same thing, I am not exactly sure which one you are bidding on.

I HATE E-BAY!!! I bid for something once or twice, and NEVER AGAIN!!! It was too confusing!

When I was engaged, my oldest DSS (to be) had a Silent Auction at his school. One thing listed was a Wedding Cake. I was paying for most of the wedding myself, and was trying to keep prices reasonable, so I REALLY WANTED THAT CAKE!!! It didn't take me long to realize that every time I bid, SOMEONE was bidding me up. So I stopped, and then put a bid in about five minutes before closing, then WATCHED. Sure 'nuff, that "other person" bid on it and walked away. I placed my bid at the last minute and WON!!! The person I was bidding against was so surprised to have lost it, but was a good sport. Said she was glad I had won, because she knew the baker and wanted it not as a wedding cake, but as her daughter's next birthday cake. She said if she knew I wanted it for my wedding, she would have stopped bidding against me. Turned out that I knew the baker's younger sister years ago at camp!

my husband is the competitive bidder on e-bay, but we really did learn that things do come around again. We even saw a couple of the things that we sold on my mom's e-bay being sold over again! (who do they think they are!) lol. any way, its fun to do e-bay when you know your limits. my husband and I kind of kid each other when one of us picks more things that sell, I'll pick something kind of wierd and he will procrastinate about putting it on (last item he did this with was a ladies shaver) and it will sell really fast, we sold all the ones my mom had, he was supprized! :p

    PHEWWWW.....HERE I AM!!!!

    I GOT IT. I GOT IT........hee hee..

Yep,I learned tons...The sellers couldn't have been nicer folks to deal with. I did do my homework...Thanks to Amy, Kim and Kris..who told me to read the fine print LOL..

I figured if the Sellers had good reviews, then they gotta be nice folks. Yep they were.

It took me the last two days to figure out how to send money to them. LOL but BY GEORGE.. I have it down!!.. They were extremely nice and patient as I screwed up the first time.

Jackie, you GOTTA try again.. you too Deana... Right now I'm watching another coffee pot, LOL a boy's suit for church (my oldest now wears huskyand they are HARD to find) and some antique books...

I can get into this. Buying EXACTLY what you want...Well probably most of the time.

The other bidder outbid me only in the last minute..but I was WATCHING..She tried 41 times....before she got to my first max bid..

So the next bid I bid so high it was ----well let's just say --I'm glad I didn't have to pay that price.. :p

I had a hard time figuring out if you could add another credit card...You can. I wanted a credit card with low interest and low balance. I wanted to be able to choose which credit card....So I figured that out too..

Oh well, I can't wait until my beautiful wonderful glass 1970's percolator is here!

My mood has been foul lately w/out coffee:p

I bought my son Star Wars Trilogy 4, 5, & 6 (VHS ) from E-Bay. I got it for... are you ready now mind you that it had never been opened. $5.00 the shipping was free. It cost more to ship them than I paid. I have also gotten a lot of my school things from their.

My husband is an old car enthusiast and I sell things he gets and my own stuff too. I also buy my curriculum there. I love to find something I can't find anywhere else!
